# Rechtliches Impressum

RECHTLICHER HINWEIS: 

Das Open Constitution AI Network wird unter der rechtlichen Verantwortung der unten genannten juristischen Körperschaften geführt, die den Status unabhängiger Rechtspersonen haben.

Open Constitution AI Network wird autonom verwaltet, d. h. ohne absolute Kontrolle durch eine einzelne natürliche Person, unter Verwendung eines neuartigen rechtlichen und regulatorischen Ansatzes für die Verknüpfungen zwischen Markt- und Nichtmarktleistungen und unter Anwendung von Rahmenwerken des internationalen Rechtsstaatsprinzips.

Das heißt, kommerzielle Austauschvorgänge zwischen Menschen, für die regulierte Märkte existieren, und solche, für die die Gesetze grundsätzlich noch nicht geschaffen wurden. \
