# Lokaler Bürger

<mark style="color:lila;">**Alle natürlichen Personen, die in den Registern „Abonnement“, „Global“ und „Lokal“ eingetragen sind, erwerben in der lokalen Gerichtsbarkeit den Status einer „gewöhnlichen freiwilligen Mitgliedschaft“ beim Fiscal Host der Stiftung.**</mark>

<mark style="color:lila;">Der Status der „gewöhnlichen freiwilligen Mitgliedschaft“ basiert ausschließlich auf dem Wohnsitz der Person auf dem Planeten Erde. (siehe Tabelle unten zur Darstellung)</mark>

*Hinweis: Lokale Bürger werden in dieser offenen Verfassung auch als „**Gewöhnliche Mitglieder**“ bezeichnet.*<br>
