All "Local Citizens", registered with the Global registry and Beneficiary registry, acquire a "beneficiary membership" status on the Open Constitution network.

Beneficiary members are strictly covered by the Foundation's data protection regime, regardless of whether a data protection law is active in the context of Local Law.

All Local Citizens are therefore beneficiary citizens of the Foundation. Note: Beneficiary citizens are also termed as Principal Citizens, in this open constitution.

All ordinary or subscribed members can join Foundation's constitutional bodies through the Open Constitution network's electoral process.

Read Electoral Charterfor more information on which membership type is eligible for an electoral process.
