<mark style="color:purple;">**All "Local Citizens", registered with the Global registry and Beneficiary registry, acquire a "beneficiary membership" status on the Open Constitution network.**</mark><br>

<mark style="color:green;">**Beneficiary**</mark> <mark style="color:green;"></mark><mark style="color:green;">members are strictly covered by the Foundation's data protection regime, regardless of whether a data protection law is active in the context of Local Law.</mark>

<mark style="color:green;">All Local Citizens are therefore beneficiary citizens of the Foundation.</mark> \
