# Dilligence Review Policy

Public Agency/Diligence Check Review Guide: How to open a diligence review ticket on the network in any tax jurisdiction? \

1\. Your organisation - whether a public authority must activate Open-BankID and enable Agency Access in your Trust Console. 

Then, file a review ticket in the Governance Portal. 

Add as much information in your disclosure requests - whether the diligence is based on a public authority order. 

In cases where the diligence review is private, you must specify member consent in the ticket.
