About Network
The foundation grants beneficiary access to digital assets, deployed on the Open Constitution AI network.
What are the Open Constitution AI network's lifecycle standards?
The Open Constitution AI network is a regulatory technology and data privacy standard. The network conventions set forth guidelines for safeguarding the privacy of human consciousness within any public network of machines, operating across various data residency jurisdictions. This involves employing a process of multi-modal synthesis to facilitate communication between machines, enabling them to provide autonomous intelligent services, while safeguarding the legitimacy and sovereignty of the data.
The network operates as a comprehensive ‘Intellectual Property machine’, engaging in unified and iterative information processes.
What constitutes the Open Constitution AI network?
The Open Constitution AI network consists of subnets, which in turn are composed of computing nodes.
Both natural persons and legal persons have the ability to set up a peer node to exercise their legal personhood for data residency and access network resources.
In simpler words, any individual, group of individuals, or public bodies can operate a node to utilize the contents of the AI network.
The governance layer and architectural aspects of the computing machine network are defined by the Articles of Association of Open Constitution AI network.
What makes the Open Constitution AI network data residency novel?
The ‘Articles of Association’ of the Open Constitution AI network outlines the governance and data residency layers of the computing machine network. This design aims to address scalability challenges related to semiconductor-based storage issues for machine learning capacity through the network’s peer-to-peer nodal architecture.
In essence, as long as network participants continue to contribute energy to the computing network, the AI service will continue to democratize knowledge among its participants.
What can the AI network be used for?
The AI network is capable of facilitating various types of process automation that require intelligent human-like cognition and extensive memory.
This means that you can tap into and manage personalized knowledge from the network’s integrated knowledge repository.
As you engage with the deployed services in accordance with the network’s architecture, you also share your own privacy with the network and access the privacy of existing members.
In line with its mission, the Open Council of the network has placed emphasis on deploying deep learning datasets for cutting-edge research in social finance, global health, and climate finance.
Ok So I am a beneficiary of the Trust. How do I receive the Trust Entitlements?
As an individual or a legal person(s), you are granted an Open Constitution AI license when you register your data residency lease.
When you register for your E residency, you will receive an Open Constitution license grant from the network’s regional fiscal host.
It is a special legal instrument between the Foundation and you to grant you access to the Trust’s resources i.e. digital commons infrastructure access.
The electronic lease comes with the Trust keys. It’s your unique security passkey to interact with any digital public AI service, receive payouts, and exercise any control on the network democratically.
The public association of Fiscal hosts ensures that privacy and compliance standards of the network’s social capital align with the network’s future objectives while upholding current member privileges.
How does the Open Constitution AI License grant work?
The Open Constitution AI license provides access to the network’s artefacts, which are maintained in the Trust’s artefact registry.
To gain social capital from the network, whether it is generated or deposited into the Trust’s artefact registry, a new member must earn the trust of existing members.
Historically, these members joined a ‘public association’ to open source and further uphold the artefacts of Trust.
It is important to remember that the network’s social capital has a self-governing model that relies on information from both past and future goals.
Future goals are established through the Articles of Association and human readable proposals are submitted to the network.
