# Grievances

Grievances regarding the operation, management, and governance of the Open Treasury can be logged as tickets on the Foundation's [Helpdesk](https://help.portal.muellners.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/8).&#x20;

Further, any disputes between members(E-residents or E-tenants) in a state of conflict are redressed through an independent arbitration mechanism instituted by logging a case through the Open Tribunal.
