# Introduction

Open Constitution AI is a public information system that uses machine learning and knowledge-based approaches to achieve a set of [objectives](/global-statutes/articles/objectives.md).

> A ‘Foundation’ is described in this literature that is responsible for maintaining the Open Constitution AI network.&#x20;
>
> ‘Foundation’ is a legal construct which defines protocols, deployed into the Artificial General Intelligence network.&#x20;
>
> Known as Open-Bank Foundation, it has a non for profit, extra territorial characteristics due to the nature that the Open Constitution AI network maintains a pool of data residency across jurisdictions.
>
> Open-Bank Foundation's Articles of Association are known as [Global Statutes](/global-statutes/articles/statutes-open-bank-foundation.md).
>
> Economic activities of this public institution i.e. Open-Bank 'Foundation' are regulated by means of fiscal hosts in different tax residencies.&#x20;
>
> Each Fiscal host runs a fiscal node.
>
> See Network Fiscal Diagram.

The Open Constitution AI network governance is powered by an **Embedded** **Knowledge Base(EKB).**

The **EKB** is like an integrated chip into the computing machine network(read Robot).&#x20;

EKBs are responsible for Knowledge integration, a process for synthesizing multiple knowledge models (or representations) into a standard model.

The 'Foundation' makes different representations of EKB available: Knowledge Base, quantum chips, integrated chips, or information signal processing guides.&#x20;

“The **EKB** of the Open Constitution AI network is further enhanced through a publicly accessible network, comprising representation of any participant's intangible intellectual property.

Voluntary contributions can be made to the Contributions Delivery Subnet through the electronic residency or tenancy of the network.&#x20;

The network's participants are natural, legal, and electronic persons.”

The network is known as the Open Constitution AI network.
{% endhint %}

**In simpler words,** the Open Constitution AI network runs on an alterable knowledge base, using self-governance principles and protocols laid down in the network’s [Global Statutes](/global-statutes/articles/statutes-open-bank-foundation.md).&#x20;

<mark style="color:purple;">Articles of the Open Constitution are amendable.;</mark>

{% hint style="info" %}
**Global Statute** is a library of articles, documents, instruments, and proclamations for the self-governance of the public Association of humans and machines as described as the Open Constitution AI network.&#x20;

This library is used to deploy digital resources for Open Constitution AI network governance actively.&#x20;

These public-facing policy "instruments" and guidelines are based on the active harmonization of the Global Statutes with legal principles and constructs, including, but not limited to, bylaws and local statutes for the network's natural persons in local jurisdictions.&#x20;

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.openconstitution.us/global-statutes/readme.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
